Alan fell in love with the property industry during his early student years by managing large student properties for landlords in exchange for reduced rent. Today, he is an active landlord with his own portfolio of BTLs within London.  

He brings care & compassion learned from his experience in the healthcare industry to managing properties and dealing with the day-to-day running of the business.

  Anthony had first-hand experience in managing property whilst juggling University in 2009.  During this time he found opportunities to convert properties into HMOs for students. 

Since then his property portfolio has expanded and, along with his experience & professionalism has become a successful landlord ever-eager for bigger challenges.
