Need to report a repair?

An emergency is an issue that presents an immediate risk to people, the security of the property, or could cause serious damage if left unattended. 

Examples include:

• A major uncontrolled water leak or flooding 
• Fire or smoke 
• Smell of gas or suspected gas leak 
• Dangerous electrical fault, burning smell or exposed live wiring 
• Serious damage leaving the property unsecured 

 🚨 Fire or immediate danger
Leave the property if necessary and call 999 first. Do not put yourself at risk trying to deal with the problem. UK emergency services can be reached on 999 or 112. 

 🔥 Smell of gas or suspected carbon monoxide
Call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999. It operates 24 hours a day. Open doors and windows if safe to do so, avoid operating electrical switches and do not smoke or use naked flames. 

 💧 Major water leak
If it is safe and you know where it is, turn off the property's water supply at the stopcock to limit further damage. Then report the issue to us immediately.

 ⚡ Electricity emergency or power cut
For a general electricity supply failure, call 105, the UK-wide power-cut number.
